I couldn't see anything in the rules specifically about trans women, just hot women which I'd say she definitely satisfies the criteria for.

I'd prefer a trans tag in the title as a courtesy, but other than that I've got no qualms with including trans women (and assuming you're otherwise within the rules)

Great idea! I've updated the title now. Wasn't sure whether [T] or [MtF] was more appropriate, I saw some examples of both.
