Personally I'm on team hand grinder.

So, strictly academic on my part, but it seems like the question is whether, especially in the case of the nicer/pricier 64mm grinders, it wouldn't make more sense to just go up to larger burr size.

Definitely interested in the Timemore 064, but I already have 1zpresso K-plus. Which makes my desire to buy one really hard to justify lol
