PackageKit stops working intermittedly and there seems to be no resiliency built-in. This leaves KDE to slowly spiral into self-harm, doom and gloom until such a time (sometimes days later) it blows up and throws you out.

I've had my workstation log me out on three occasions already. Not ok. Especially not ok if new users are getting this experience, but even old dogs like myself feel intimidated.

Sorry for not having time to sift through 20000+ lines of logs..

So have you opened a support issue? They'll tell you what they need and sift through the logs for you.

@ikidd No I haven't - yet at least. Being a dad of a hockey player and pianist and a full-time employee means I don't have much leisure time for things like that. I did file a bug and a fix for it in another FOSS program - I thing that will suffice for now. Upcoming are both hockey tournament _and_ a piano concert, so... leisure time? That's later.

@ikidd Don't worry though - I'm not done with it.
