Very likely. I hate these things, also known as marmorated shield bugs but stink bugs works better because they stink in the metaphorical sense too as they poisoned me to dislike cilantro?
Also as a tangent, they are very closely related to assassin bugs which I saw a blue one on my windshield the other day!
My eye is twitching just thinking about it. I hate them so much! I caught and fed one to a mantis I saw on my window. How do I breed mantids? I don't want an army, I want a FORCE OF FUCKING NATURE!!!

That's a leaf-footed bug. Assassin bugs don't have those flaps on their rear legs.

Funny enough I just saw my first one IRL just now! And it was much smaller. But this blue one has that piercing proboscis, is that for sucking xylem?
