Is it possible to subscribe to getting notifications of replies to someone else’s post, like you would your own post?

It's currently not supported, I was thinking of writing a bot that you can mention and it will message you when new comments are added to that post but I currently have no time (exams time), when I'll have free time again if this will not be implemented yet I'll do it
