You could always use it with an android emulator.

Why go through emulator when u have better alts. You can try mangayomi which is still new but has a lot of options and very light.

MangaL is a core so:
Kaizoku is pretty good, has komga and kavita integration, fetches metadata from Anilist, and the UI is superb. I recommend

Mangabird on IOS, has to be sideloaded nowadays through Altstore though.
