If anyone knows the author please tell me, I learned it years ago and I still find it fascinating.

Take the corner to the middle of the upper edge and turn around

Fold in half so the small edge coincides with the lower part of the opposite edge, and done. Santa is at the other side.

The author's a Dutch creator called Paula Versnick. And, yes, it's an amazing model!

I need to remember that. I think I'll draw the diagram just to put her name on it and have it in my archive.
