If you buy software with a perpetual license and aren’t responsible enough to backup the software you purchase, that’s on you. No one’s denying you your rights to use the software- you were irresponsible and lost it.

also, being a very popular piece of software the chances the old versions arent somewhere are practically nil; http://www.oldversion.com/windows/filezilla/
