The urethra is kind of one, although it's kind of showing. Can be expanded to accomodate a penis, at the cost of partial or total loss of bladder control, also has a high risk of infections.
Man here who did some urethral stuff. It's not as bad, but requires a special kind of lube, which dries up pretty quickly. Penises unfortunately can't be (easily) expanded to fit another penis inside, unless your partner has a really small one.
Also note that a lot of women not necessarily go with big ones, while others accept the risk of incontinence.
