Good, but it should be paid by the cops not the tax payers.

They should have to carry insurance like doctors. Let the free market manage it. Insurance won't cover the bad cops, too risky.

According to city documents obtained by CBS 8, the agreement to the settlement was made as a business decision and not an admission of liability.
