Cooper's hawk

Location: Midwest USA.

I was walking back to my car as the sun was setting and passed by a family of black-capped chickadees all chirping an alarm. I looked up to see this Cooper's hawk perched, looking menacingly. She? quickly took off and this was the only photo I could get.
