X-Mode, where drivers can open front and rear flaps to boost straight line speed.

Mostly, but everyone will be able to use it so the car being chased will also have the new DRS. I don’t think they’ve announced if there will be track sections where it’s allowed / not allowed.

Yeah I think so. The push to pass system is the DRS replacement whereas the active aero is now just a part of the cars.
