I'm lucky enough to have had several great teachers, but I think my favorite from highschool was probably physics.
If we're talking about university, then then the best was hands down my theoretical computer science/ AI professor- Dude was a fantastic lecturer and a genuinely awesome human. He was kind enough to be one of my references for my school's graduate program, and later strait up told me that he thought I had what it takes to go for doctorate if I wanted. I wasn't particularly interested in going any further than I already was (I kind of hate formal writing and by that time I was very much over academia), but in a world of imposter syndrome, it was such a boost to my self confidence.
People who dedicate their time to the outside don't leave much time for their inner life. I think that's generally true although some people look great without trying. None of my teachers were good look but that's not what I'm looking for in a teacher unless I'm having some kind of fantasy, in which case I'm being pulled out of the fantasy by how stupid the teacher apparently is. Smart and charismatic people are attractive but it takes a little while to sink in, not ideal for porn I guess.
