Hong Kong is MORE free under Chinese control

Seeing the tier 1 cities in China and then seeing Hong Kong...it's so clear the stagnation is due to the limitations of capitalism in a significant way. Hong Kong is literally getting left behind by the other cities that mainland China maintains.
