You can buy shower heads that have a wand attached with a 6' or so flexible line. Put a wand holder on the opposite side of the shower with a few suction hooks between to hold the line, and you've got a cheap 2 person shower for couples.

I think it depends a lot on the type of shower. If it's an enclosed shower that keeps steam well, then it's great. But if it's something like a bathtub shower, then it's too cold.
