If I download the .apk directly from ApkPure https://apkpure.com/pl/yanosik-antiradar-navigation/pl.neptis.yanosik.mobi.android it says there that Android 8.0+ is required, which I have.

Maybe your device is only 32 bit and you downloaded the arm64 version
Try with the armv7 version
