Oh, this happened near me. Some strong winds a couple of days ago tipped it over. The greek temple-looking thing in the background belongs to a (in)famous chain store from Southern Brazil and most of their units have a statue just like this one on the parking lot. I assume they're there because its owner ("Havan's bald old man", as he's widely known) is very conservative and idolizes the US, which probably helps explain the tackiness in display here.
