Am I really back?

I don't know. Maybe. But I'm not going to post to every community every day like before, I just don't have time. I'm in Europe right now and don't have my PC to edit with. And I'm about to move house when I get back to Vancouver, which is always busy notfun.

Why did I leave? I had a motorcycle accident. I got sick. I got overwhelmed trying to feed too many communities. I had a partner telling me, 'why are you doing this? Take me out instead!' (lol she was right) And I felt I was chasing community growth over content quality.

So I took a break. And then it got longer. And then it got so long I became embarrassed to come back. That's truth. I really became embarrassed, especially to site admins and the mod community because I had promised so much but failed to deliver.

To the people who make this site run: I offer you my apologies for not staying in touch.

I'd like to post at a reduced rate, especially to those more fringe communities for the whacked out and extreme stuff. But the top level stuff I'd like to see come back to life. It was really heartwarming to see demand for a good shibari tie yesterday. Bondage has held its own, but BDSM needs some love.

I am accessible via email and matrix chat. Anyone can say hi. Owners, can aak as much about me as needed. The place has changed. I'll fit in with the new culture as best I can.
