What is the best way to deal with this little one eating my apricots?

Hi there, I have these little guys eating my apricots the last few years and was wondering on how to control them.

I would prefer biological controls if possible.

Biological control: Check.

I second the recommendation of neem oil spray if it's practical to grow/obtain in your area. Just wash the fruits before eating. Otherwise you might consider a spray made from fermented tobacco leaves, and same thing, wash thoroughly before eating.

Free range chickens under the trees could help. Might not help as much as spray but chickens do wonders for insect control.

I have that option covered already, and it's awesome. Thanks!

That's super awesome. What you cooking?

Braised lamb with garden herbs and tomato.

I find an uncomfortable amount of eye contact keeps them at bay.

I tried that, maybe i should have a go a little earlier in the season.

What are known grub eaters in your area? Acquire them to have a natural defense for your food.
