Cedar Fair denies responsibility for TTD accident

It seems like they are blaming Intamin which I personally find a hard pill to swallow considering CP does the maintenance on the ride, used the wrong grade of hardware, and had been using a third party (A3 Tech / Bitech) to supply parts for the coaster.

It'll be interesting to see how the case plays out.

Such bad leadership. Just admit you screwed up, pay the woman, and move on. Also are they going to cover the queue line with the revamped coaster?

The rendering looks like there will be a roof but no walls over the queue..... CF is really showing their hand to anyone paying attention.

Yikes. I feel like it's pretty clear that CF skimping on maintenance during Covid was a large factor in this incident.

Dog this is bullshit. This thing has been expensive and difficult to maintain forever and they're just gonna keep cutting corners with it until... you know.
