How can play original Steam games with nexus mods´s mods 100% of the times for free?

cracked games could be modified games so they are not original Steam games so don´t give me answers for those

What I really want to say is: How can I play original commercial Steam video games for free and play the Nexus mods for them 100% of the time without ever losing the ability to do so? Remember that cracked games are not original.
