Rocket weapons. Not, like, missiles, but hammers/axes with jet thrusters on the opposite end of them.

Can’t forget the one in Alita: Battle Angel as well.

Nora Valkyrie doesn't have thrusters, just explosive rounds for propulsion but feels similar enough.

There's a handful of weapons like this in Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans. Mostly axes and cleavers with thrusters for extra kick.

It hasn’t come out yet but does Dylan from control resonant count? There aren’t thrusters but his hammer definitely looks like it’s charging up power before he swings
