People downvoting you, but one of my customers works for my city's government. Apparently she met the guy during his first term, and according to her he really does smell like shit. She said she didn't know if it was the diaper meme or just BO/body spray, but he did smell genuinely awful.

The calls were all pretty creepy... He's way too good at talking to children. He immediately finds a way to impress upon them he's important in a way they can relate to and compliments them on something, it was like watching high speed grooming
