Nope, in Belgium the students are binge drinking in "eco-cups" which are reusable.

Haha in Belgium, regular cups for beer would be the appropriate footed glass of course. 😛 But yeah, basically plastic cups with customized decoration.

The quintessential cup here in Belgium is white and ribbed (for anyone's pleasure, heehee).
At festivals I think the transparent cup was popular but refillable, reusable cups are now mandatory.
