Hi, I wanted to share these two apps I've been working on to manage my adhd:
Repos:
A Workout a Day is a workout routine generator. A Feast a Day is a meal plan generator. Both can be consumed through android apps, personalized emails, or through the website. I wrote them initially as personalized newsletters because then you don't have to go out looking for them, and they just show up in the morning each day.

Really nice and simplistic!
Seting up the meal plan rn, any way to specify that I only wanna have vegetarian recipes?

At the moment, no. It'd probably be easiest to add meat as an allergen, but I was just let go at my job, so it's unlikely I'll be adding new features atm.

Ah, I threw it in there, having a routine still is good. There's no data yet, but over the next several months I can hopefully get that to exclude all the meat recipes. Honestly, there may not be many left. Finding good recipes has been a struggle, so if you have something you want me to add, I can.
Thank you for the kind words, simple, but customizable, is what I've been going for.

There are apps as well, they're just not on any app store. Just the apk on the github for now:

Do your webapps support PWA?
ascallion@lemmy.world · 13 pts · 210d
No, but I will look into that. I've never actually used one before
(edit: they do now)
