I use old oil to start a fire where I burn all my old batteries, tires and trash.

Hope you throw the batteries in last, when they explode they might otherwise extinguish the flames. Very inconvenient.

How DO you get rid of engine oil?

Viking_Hippie@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 2y (5 replies)

You don't. You have to keep it for the rest of your life then pass it on through your family for at least 5 generations. It's the only way to break the curse.

Kidding aside, the actual answer from the EPA
