The officer used deadly force to protect himself from harm as the law allows. Nobody was executed. She died from her injuries after she assaulted a federal officer.
The only thing this video does is prove further he was already out of harms way when he murdered her. Which is literally against the law for federal agents lol

She ignored a lawful detainment and then hit him with her car. He was lawful in shooting her. It is exactly has I described it.
