I added some rate limiting to try to coax out the right culture on this Reddit alternative. I'm trying to create a culture that is more positive and not just news.

What would you do to encourage the right culture? Especially when we just had a migration from Saidit going down and a single user can spam so much news it becomes the site.

I think I have wrestled it back successfully and we have some good content again. Woo! The rate limit means that a single user who means well can't topple an existing culture just by sheer posting volume.
