Newbie Supervisor Wong failed the low bar of getting 4 supervisors to sign the proposal to get the measure on the June ballot.

It's crazy how this guy stumbled into a political position of actual power and has no idea how to affect that power. Kinda an embarrassment for Laurie since he is the one that appointed Wong.
