I was trying to look up the punchline to an old SNL Weekend Update joke

Startpage mentions the jokes, and the assassination attempt, but SNL is not on the first page.

It's probably hopeless. If there's an archived transcript of every Weekend Update ever, then it might be possible to find, but even that is assuming that I'm remembering SNL correctly, and it wasn't A Conan O'Brien joke or something else like that.

Dunno how comprehensive the site is, but this was the closest I could find: https://snltranscripts.jt.org/2022/weekend-update-guy-who-just-bought-a-boat-on-romantic-summer-getaways.phtml

There's also reference to a bit from 1978 about Napoleon with a B-52 bomber, but no transcript.

Google hasn’t been worth using in years. Avoid at all costs.

Not to be confused with the fabulous MMA documentarian/video essayist: Napoleon Blownapart.

Ok, I didn’t have any luck finding it myself, but I discover this fucking weird ass video: https://youtu.be/IEjy-0atiQo
