Respectfully Finland seeing how the US is getting Imperialist for the artic and threatening the defense alliance you rely on maybe don’t sell them tools to make the artic easy.

Just sell them the inferior product and add a couple of kill switches, then openly brag about it to the media how dumb our allies are when they still buy your equipment. Seems to work for the US, their F35 sales are even increasing after Trump made these remarks. It looks to be a valid sales tactic and a way to ensure your frienemies can't turn against you.

Well obviously we need a centralized mission management that is run in the cloud, together with a comprehensive monitoring solution.
We need to assure our partners that their product is safe and that it will achieve mission success before departing port.
Letting an icebreaker depart port without doing this would just be inviting disaster.
