These are now magic items in my headcanon. 🤘🏼 Spelled "Piece o' Scrolls", and first invented by Tau Teeno the Impatient. Their somatic component is a very, very small (ie. "micro", even) gesture with a flat palm as if in greeting/farewell, and a short but shrill vocal "eep" to finish.
The resulting effect can vary between casters, depending on the spells' ingredients, but the most prevalent are surprise tiny napalm and long-lasting bowel disruption.
When I was a kid I played with words pronunciation and tried different cute ways to say stuff. Once said pizza as píča which in Czech means pussy. Got a mean stare from my father that was carrying pizza we had for dinner.
