404 when accessing a lemmy.world community

https://lemmyrs.org/c/ergomechkeyboards@lemmy.world

I’m trying to reach https://lemmyrs.org/c/ergomechkeyboards@lemmy.world but I get 404. And I’ve waited to see if lemmyrs will fetch it, but I tried multiple days now with no luck. What’s going on?

Maybe it’s related to “Just yesterday the new community "broke" as a result of a bug, this has been resolved but require sysadmin intervention!” in https://www.reddit.com/r/ErgoMechKeyboards/comments/14e7tsr/reddit_api_changes_and_the_future_of/ ?

So some kind of admin intervention is necessary to fetch this community?

Before accessing a community for the first time on your instance you have to search for it in the searchbar of your instance like this: !ergomechkeyboards@lemmy.world that will fetch the content of the community for your instance.

I’m pretty sure I did it with no result yield, maybe it was before the fix on their side because now I have a result. Thanks!

I find searching for the URL has better results, but also sometimes the results take longer to arrive than the UI indicates.
