you ever read Reminiscences of a Stock Operator, highly recommend it
also, at the risk of sounding like a pusher/pumper...buy some SLS to save your port. late stage biotech that will likely be bought out by BP for tens of billions some time this year
lefevre, the original was actually 1923 iirc. but people have added little additions over the years. never heard of markman version, not sure if that's a continuation of the tradition or not.
it's sort of like a tongue-in-cheek "guidebook" to trading, like a novel version of wolf of wallstreet but without the hookers and drugs. some of it you might already be familiar with but i think it's the best book at really teaching the "fundamentals" to how this all works.
