Wow, love the mountains there! I use Flickr myself, but a trick I've been using to get Lemmy to display a thumbnail / direct photo link is:
-Open Flickr in desktop mode (force in your mobile browser settings if on your phone)
-Choose Share
-Choose BBCode tab
-Copy the link for 'Original' and then copy just the portion with the url for your image to paste into Lemmy

That is a pain in the butt (I can't copy a portion of the address on my PC), but hey it's working. Thank you very much for the advice

Great shots.
I wish you hadn't used flickr (though I get it). I save pictures I find for my desktop. That first one is outstanding
