It looks, to me, like Bobbi's cousin Quiche Lorraine. It may just be the way Breathed draws his characters.

Looking at it more, the hair is different. I want to say the nose too... but her nose changes between the 1st and 4th panel. So I am going to go with "generic attractive woman".
