The reason it guides people all the way down to the mountain's base is that it wants them to hurry up and leave.

Definitely Drifloon. I love all the spooky ghost entries, but that one's the best

I love that it specifically states that it dislikes fat children.

I think my favorite has to Banette. There's something about a doll-turned-Pokemon wanting to exact revenge on its owner that seems cool.
