I take off my work clothes when I come home and put on sweat pants. My wife calls it my "sofa uniform".

I've started doing this recently. It's nice having rituals to separate work mode from living mode.

Having to change clothes at the end of the workday was a perk of having to wear a uniform. Honestly it really grew on me over the years. Japanese corporate culture is a real mixed bag

I usually only change my pants to sweatpants. But I do usually wear hoodies the whole day
