It’s almost like deescalation should be first priority if protecting the people is priority.

there will be no more cops, since they hire cops with a short fuse.

I can, because that is how it works in some countries (far too few though).

also because escalating is part of the culture of Police too.

And some of them are kids who don't even really need that job! Many aren't, but there are dozens of them!
