It's from Kimi no Koto ga Dai Dai Dai Dai Daisuki na 100-nin no Kanojo (The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You).

It's good and fairly self-aware, but mainly centers around heterosexual relationships with some hints of Yuri here and there. So, not really a Yuri manga, for whatever that's worth.

Is this picture set in the same reality? Cause witches and cat-people. Or is it a TV show/Manga/video game that they're seeing?

Also the show is wholesome af even if it's a harem in the literal meaning. The first 2 girls fight and then a third comes along, and after that it's just 'oh, another waifu in line for the kissing booth,' and they resign themselves to their fate. 😂

Yeah, the image is from the same reality as the normal manga/anime's world.

The character in the middle is a human but acts like and wants to be treated like a cat since she's given up on the harsh realities of adulthood (relatable, tbh) so she wears cat ears and a collar. The "witch" in the top right considers herself a bard (even if she's terrible at it), so she's got a medieval bard-ish hat with an outfit to match (which you can't see in the image).
