I know this is a shitpost, but real answer: A t-shirt bra is a specific style of bra intended to be worn under t-shirts. They're supposed to have softer seamlines and less bulk, so they're not so obvious under thin fabric, but some women just find them more comfortable.
T-shirt bra. It's a style of bra. There's all different kinds. T-shirt, push up, plunge, strapless, etc. One for every occasion.
Edit: There's also wire-free regular lining, wire-free push up and unlined. There's front closures and back closures. Different styles of bras have different kinds of support for all shapes and sizes of breasts.
