Look, I know you said not to create the Torment Nexus, but... what if we created a Torment Nexus?
Sure, it didn't work out in the classic novel, but THIS time, it'll be different, because my intentions are pure! I'm doing it to make the world a better place! (For me.) What could possibly go wrong?
