Piefed.ca upgraded to 1.6

That downtime was me upgrading us to the latest Piefed 1.6.

Edit: There appear to be a few bugs, including when you reply to a comment nothing happens but the comment is added successfully. Working on fixing!

Edit2: Issues should be all sorted now, our postgres db was encoded as ascii instead of utf8. I had to do a quick dump + restore into a new database to resolve. Let me know if you see any bugs!
