Americans will save tons of money, it's true. Sadly, the only people he thinks are American are business owners and their ilk. The people are just a commodity to that fat sack of shit.

Also, at the same time he's "saving" on this, 38 billion is slated to build concentration camps.

If the US collectively saves $1.3b from this rule and there are currently 349 million people here, it means we each save $3.72. It certainly is worth continuing to destroy the environment for that life changing amount of money.
