Juggalos are fans of the band Insane Clown Posse (ICP), they are known for painting their faces like clowns and having a very tightly knit community.

I am sorry, but this does not look right...
Though I get the metal heat point and overall awesomeness, but there should be some kind of respect towards the history and artists of the icon, I believe.
