YouTube outage involves blank homepages, adblockers blamed

It's not the ads. I can still get ad free via browser, which is all I ever use anyways. On my main home entertainment, I don't have an ad blocker and this is what's broken.

I think it's still in limited testing as I've not gotten hit with it yet. Videos still play sans ads and nothing's missing from the page.
