Afaik yeah. Iirc at some point Sherma is the topic of a discussion and is referred to as a boy, though only by grammar usage, not by deliberated saying he is.
Sherma even tells you to donate to betterhelp. Like I know they don't have the budget because HK is a giant slop but this is just ruining game experience.
