Let's just say that Pritzker did actually get the 8 bil. and that the 8 bil were actually used on the citizens of Illinois. That would just turn the tariffs into a kind of prepaid tax. The only sensible way to use this, would be tax pays for the next year, and still, that would not be a fair distribution
