Since AI companies don't care about Copyright, que should incentivize model distilation, just so we can laught at their hypocrisy.

If we can't stop them now, maybe just be a pain in the ass.

Real models are trained on copyright-, license- and ToS violations! Those cheap bastards found a way to only train with ToS violations (of a single source, mind ya!). That's not real AI!
