I regret to report to /m/cooking that I have again made The Mistake while making pizza (adding sauce and toppings before putting it onto parchment paper on the peel)
A mayo spatula might help you scrape off to try to salvage. Otherwise I'd think it might be calzone time. I've certainly made this same mistake though.

I had to use my little hands for a spatula. It came out all right anyway, though!
